Government of Rajasthan will be holding Jaipur Festival on the account of Rajasthan Day Celebrations, starting from March 24th. The week long festival will host music and dance programs, art exhibitions and heritage walks within the city and will last till March 30th.

Madhya Pradesh’s Pench Tiger Reserve received ‘Best maintained tourist-friendly national park award’ from the union ministry of tourism. Pench received nearly 50,000 tourists in 2006-07. See more details.
